Drip Salon ("we", "us"), located in Makhanda, South Africa, respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us — including via WhatsApp — and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Your name, phone number, and WhatsApp messages when you enquire or book an appointment.
• Service preferences, appointment date and time, and any details you share to help us prepare for your visit.
• Payment reference details you provide when confirming a deposit (we do not process or store card details — deposits are paid by bank transfer).

How we use it

• To schedule, confirm, and manage your appointment.
• To send booking confirmations, reminders, and updates via WhatsApp.
• To apply discounts or offers you've claimed (e.g. our social media discount).
• To improve our service based on client history and preferences.

How we share it

We do not sell or rent your information. Your details are shared only between Drip Salon's team members (Prosper and Carol) as needed to fulfil your booking, and with WhatsApp/Meta as the messaging platform we use to communicate with you, under their own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

We retain booking and contact information for as long as needed to provide our services and maintain business records, and delete it on request where we're not required to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, by messaging us on WhatsApp.
